It’s my 8-12 week 1:1 coaching program with done-for-you services, perfect for course creators, coaches and experts who are ready to launch their offers to the right people.

What's Included

Step One:

Offer Creation: Weeks 1-2

We have an intensive session where I work with you to Clarify, Define and Refine your offer idea, brand positioning and your ideal customer. I will then customise the launch framework with the entire strategy of your pre-launch marketing and funnel.

This phase also includes design and creation of required brand assets and visuals - coming up with a name, designing a logo, etc.

Step Two:

We move into the second phase - Your Audience: Weeks 3-4 for prep plus continuous moving forward.

I'll help you come up with a lead magnet/free offer, design it and build the lead funnel and workflows to build your subscriber list.

I'll help you optimise your social platforms and create a content strategy and publishing implementation for visibility.

Step Three:

Funnel Build: Weeks 5 - 8

I design and build all of your launch assets, including your high-converting sales funnel with on-brand visuals and copy, tech, integration and automated workflows.

Step Four:

Product Build: Weeks 8 - 10

By now your course should be ready to go (or least some of it, if you are dripping it out)

I'll set up your course platform, and design the modules & lessons in the member's area, create all the deliverables for your students, including, worksheets, PDFs & presentation slides. Then upload all course content to the course portal, ready to go. Leaving you to only focus on the content creation.

Step Five:

Pre-Launch and Launch Your Course:

Pre-launch - communication with your audience to build pressure and anticipation. We then execute your launch, create your workflows, and email assets, guiding you through publishing and reporting on results.
